Cocoa (CC) Bounces Over 4% Off Daily Chart Downchannel Support

Cocoa (CC) rocketed over 4% higher yesterday as it bounced off downchannel support (on the 4hr and daily charts), and is now testing downchannel resistance (on the 4hr chart).  Aggressive traders will continue likely buying on any profittaking today, while more conservative bulls will at the very least wait for a break above the key psychological 2000 level before committing to longs.  CC still has another 100 plus points before it tests downchannel resistance (on the daily chart), providing a decent potential upside for near-term bulls.  Except for the weekly MACD which still slopes down, weekly, daily and 4hr RSI, Stochastics and MACD are rallying, bottomish or consolidating recent gains.  I am flat and will look to enter long intraday in the green zone (of the daily chart) with an upside target of the red zone by early next week.
